This is, in my opinion, the BEST family-owned mechanic shop in Charlotte, probably all of NC. The owner, Beaver, is the most honest, honorable, and direct person I've ever met in this business. He expects the same traits in his staff. Youll never have to worry about them trying to "pad" your estimate.

I really liked their honesty they told me what I should do to get my car fix instead of trying to do it knowing they couldn't get it fix just to get the money !! If I ever need my transmission done I for sure will go to this place also the people that work there are very kind and helpful !!!

Took my wifes Element in for front wheel noise. I thought it was wheel bearings or the calipers weren't releasing fully. Chris test drove it and couldn't get it to make any noise. He said the bearings and calipers were fine. In fact he told me the calipers had been replaced. He said he could replace the rotors and pads but couldn't guarantee it would stop the noise. You can't go wrong with doing normal maintenance a little early on the wifes car. The mystery noise went away. They had every opportunity to take advantage and didn't. I appreciate their honesty and will have all my maintenance and repairs done here from now on. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
